1. Acceptance
By using FakeRocket you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Entertainment use only
FakeRocket's generators are intended for memes, mockups, satire, fiction, education and personal expression. You agree not to use them to:
- Impersonate real people in order to deceive third parties.
- Defraud, scam, harass, threaten, or extort any person.
- Manufacture "evidence" in legal disputes, identity verification, or financial transactions.
- Spread misinformation or fabricated news as if it were real reporting.
- Create sexually explicit content involving any identifiable person.
- Create content depicting minors in any inappropriate way.
3. Watermarks
Every generated image carries a small fakerocket.com watermark. Do not attempt to remove, obscure, crop out or programmatically strip this watermark from outputs you share publicly.
4. Platform trademarks
Twitter / X, Meta / Instagram, WhatsApp, Apple / iMessage / iOS, YouTube, Discord and any other referenced platforms are trademarks of their respective owners. FakeRocket is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. The tools recreate the visual appearance of these platforms for satirical and educational purposes only.
5. As-is
The site and generators are provided "as is", with no warranties. Pixel-perfect appearance is not guaranteed across browsers, devices, or platform redesigns.
6. Liability
You are fully responsible for what you generate and share. FakeRocket and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the tools.
7. Termination
We may block access (e.g. by IP) if a user appears to be using the tools to defraud or harm others.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the new terms.
